Q: Do you have a farm store that customers can visit?

A: At this time, we do not offer an in-person farm store. All orders can be conveniently placed through our online platform. We offer scheduled pickup in Kitchener-Waterloo and local delivery across Southern Ontario. You get fresh, locally-grown greens-harvested and packed just for you!

Q: What are your farm pickup hours?

A: You can pick up your pre-ordered greens from our facility in Kitchener-Waterloo region from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We're closed on weekends. Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) are usually ready for same-day pickup!

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We can deliver to almost all of the Southern-Ontario region.

We currently deliver to:

1. Kitchener-Waterloo region and the surrounding areas like Cambridge, Guelph, Elmira etc.

2. Stratford, Hamilton, Grimsby, Niagara-region, and the surrounding areas

3. Mississauga, Milton, Brampton, and the surrounding areas

4. All around GTA, Toronto, Scarborough, and the surrounding areas

More delivery zones are added frequently. If your address isn't eligible at checkout, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Q: How much does home delivery cost?

A: Our Wholesale clients receive custom logistics support based on volume. For our Retail clients, we work with local retail stores and the customers can buy through our Retail partners. Free delivery for our D2C customers will be based on total order value and for our members and subscription box customers, delivery would be free, for non-members there would be a small delivery fee based on the delivery radius.

Q: What is the difference between retail and wholesale deliveries?

A: Wholesale Delivery: Requires a $200 minimum, scheduled through our team, and comes with custom packaging & guaranteed delivery windows.


Retail Delivery: Requires a $35 minimum, next-day or scheduled delivery with no guaranteed time window, perfect for households or small offices.

Q: Do I need a membership to order from Valegreen Farms?

A: Nope! Everyone is welcome to shop from our online store. However, we are planning to introduce a subscription program soon with exclusive pricing, early access to specialty greens, and free delivery for our subscription members.

Q: Are your greens organic?

A: Our greens are pesticide-free, non-GMO, and grown in a controlled indoor hydroponic environment-free from soil contaminants and unpredictable weather. While we are not "certified organic," we exceed most organic standards in cleanliness, freshness, and sustainability.

Q: Can I get a recurring delivery for my home or business?

A: Yes! We are launching a weekly subscription program for salad mixes, microgreens, and chef's boxes. Choose your box, select your frequency, and enjoy fresh greens delivered right to your door.

Q: How long do your greens last?

A: Because we harvest and pack the same day as your order, our leafy greens stay fresh for 7-10 days when stored properly in refrigeration. No more wilted supermarket lettuce!

Q: I'm a chef / restaurant / grocery buyer - how do I order wholesale?

A: We supply premium hydroponically grown lettuce, leafy greens, and microgreens to restaurants, grocers, and institutions. Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, Digital payments and Interac e-Transfers. Wholesale clients may request net payment terms upon approval.

Q: What makes Valegreen Farms different from other growers?

A: We grow everything indoors in a climate-controlled farm using clean, efficient, water-saving hydroponics

We are local to Kitchener-Waterloo and deliver within hours of harvest

Our greens are pesticide-free, non-GMO, and grown year-round

Q: How can I stay updated on new products and offers?

A: Join our email list or follow us on Instagram @vale.greens for seasonal product drops, chef collaborations, recipes, and subscription deals.

Q: What if I have an issue with my order?

A: We stand behind our quality. If there's an issue with freshness, quality, or delivery, contact us at info@valegreenfarms.ca within 24 hours. We'll make it right!

Q: Do you offer farm tours or community programs?

A: Not yet-but stay tuned! We're working on launching community open farm days and school partnerships in the near future.
